The trident is based on the pitchfork. In fact, when not used as a
weapon, it is often employed as a pitchfork. It is famous for its uses in
gladiatorial arenas. It is used much like a spear and could even be thrown
like one in desperate situations.
A massive triple-pronged spear, so great it normally requires two hands to
wield, evoking the spirit of Osse who with it pierced legions of evil and
undead.

undead. It fights against evil with holy fury. It provides
resistance to light and dark. It allows you to see invisible
monsters. It drains mana. It has been blessed by the gods. It
