Trying a randart game for the first time. No artifacts yet, but I'm eagerly awaiting the first!

Wow, just got a RoSpeed (+7) off of an orc at dlvl 13. Does randart also randomly reassign ego levels? Cause I thought RoS was native to dlvl 75 or so.

Sigh, turns out randarts was NOT set properly. Sad, too, this character was going so well. Time to restart as Viktor VI!
