Hey, it looks like you can resize the forum post/reply box -- there's a resize control on the bottom right that allows you to make it bigger or smaller.
How long has this been here? If it's new, consider this a PSA.

What browser/OS are you using? I don't seem to have that capability (OSX/Firefox 3).

It is some feature in FF4. When I upgraded to FF4 I noticed that in every blog/forum I'm participating. Not sure it serves any real need.

Must be this. FF3.6 on Linux at home isn't showing the magic.

Chrome uses same gecko-engine as FF, so it might be related.
Chrome uses same gecko-engine as FF,
Definitely not. But Firefox people copied almost all Chrome innovations for their FF4.

You are correct. Checked the web and Chrome seems to use Webkit, not gecko. I don't know where I have got the impression that Chrome uses same engine.
Mozilla products, especially Thunderbird, have been weakening for some time now. FF does upgrade their product a lot this year, but my experience this far has been that Mozilla "upgrading" just makes things worse. I hope I'm wrong.
