With my experience with Trac the only possibility would be to manipulate the underlying database.

I changed the reporter, but it still shows up in the history, unfortunately.

I don't do anything to prevent spam bots from reading the wiki. I only prevent them from writing TO the wiki. A combination of a URL blacklist and a simple anti-spam heuristic works in the neighborhood of 99% of the time.
