1 winner, 9 deaths. Not a great record.
I didnt see much advantage to the race/class combo, although rDark is very useful for bats of gorgoroth and dark hounds as you dont go blind.
I found yet-again a +2 blows ring, coupled with a +2 blows sword i was dishing out over 500 damage in melee, yet, THIS TIME i decided to kill Morgoth using mana storm, and i have to admit that it works a treat, even with the spell failure. However, this is due to me having killed most uniques already, as you need an open room to phase in, not a destructed area as most other tactics go.
Oh, i accidentally sold the best artifact of my set.
Stats/resists/sustains were a pain, i decided to go mana storm because i had no sustains at all (although i did have a stash of mushrooms of vigour, so probably rune + melee could have worked just as well).
