gcu mode, shift always enabled
hey there, thought i'd ask why in gcu mode shift key is always on? (compiled from git)

sdl and x11 mode is not affected by this behaviour, but i prefer gcu mode.

holding down shift and moving makes the character walk, but it's tiresome to always hold shift down.

This is probably my fault, but it's to allow shiftrunning with the numpad in gcu. You can fix it by editing the .prf file (pref-gcu.prf I believe) and swapping the run and walk mappings.

If you have a numpad just press numlock.
