Remove exp restriction when posting on ladder
 
Sometimes you make a post, then your character gets drained and you cannot post again until you've regained that exp. Could be annoying when you want to make a victory post... It would be much more convenient to allow overwriting characters whatever their exp is.

It checks on max_exp, not on curr_exp. If for some variant the ladder reads curr_exp, that's a bug to be fixed.

Not sure how widespread it is, but it happens with ComPosband at least; one of my winners (http://angband.oook.cz/ladder-show.php?id=21399) is listed with his cur exp rather than max exp. (It would seem logical for it to happen in FrogComposband too, since it was forked from ComPosband; but I don't think that's been tested yet.)

It is a HTML formatted dump, where the values are read from <meta> elements, not by parsing the visible text.

Can you check in the original file if the <meta name="experience"> have max or current value? Variant maintainer would have to change that.

Yeah, the source code had cur exp instead of max exp; will be fixed, thanks.

This just leaves all MAngband variants where permanent death is not on by default and, when you resurrect, you lose half your max exp. Also IIRC in MAngband/TomeNET, when you put on an item with the DRAIN_EXP flag (like the One Ring), you still lose exp permanently since they're based on old Vanilla code. This could also be the case for old variants with permanent exp drain.
