So, I just found an artifact (not sure if it's a randart or not) called the Golden Hammer, it's a 2d7 (+0, +0) hammer without any intrinsics, except that it can't be harmed by the elements.

Is this intentional, or did the randart algorithm just roll *hilariously* badly?

It's a standart, and not a particularly strong one. It does have one hidden ability, not that it makes much of a difference :)
