The issue is that all inventory entries are not in UTF-8 but in Latin1 or something. Later in the dump the history section is properly in UTF-8

For HTML dumps I no longer parse the body, instead I rely on metadata in the HTML header. Winner status is not part of the metadata.

Fixed. It's because php devs are morons and they b0rked htmlspecialchars() for basically anything that isn't pure ascii.

So I just hax0red around their defaults and replaced the built-in function...

For the next dot-release, regarding the HTML Chardumps. If you could steal the header and metatags from NPP 8.0 HTML Chardumps, that would allow Oook to accept them.

That Windows frontend there refers to configuring for Microsoft Windows.

Personally I prefer playing in a large 256color xterm (curses frontend) over the X11 frontend.
