This works. Why it does not work for you, is because your Max Depth is "Town", which I haven't expected - I assumed always 50' (L1) or such.

The issue is that all inventory entries are not in UTF-8 but in Latin1 or something. Later in the dump the history section is properly in UTF-8

For HTML dumps I no longer parse the body, instead I rely on metadata in the HTML header. Winner status is not part of the metadata.

Fixed. It's because php devs are morons and they b0rked htmlspecialchars() for basically anything that isn't pure ascii.

So I just hax0red around their defaults and replaced the built-in function...
