Having high speed is actually somewhat better than this kind of analysis suggests, because Morgoth is also causing problems for the player that you cannot just ignore, and does so at a fixed speed.

strncat does something sensible and strlcat does something sensible but those sensible things are, as takkaria said, not the same thing, even aside from the return value. The meaning of the size_t...

I think this makes no difference, precisely because total_entries and total_objects are arrays. If they were pointers, the first version would indeed be wrong, and the second version is probably...

The real problem with no-selling in poschengband is that gold pile sizes aren't increased by nearly enough to make up for the lost income from selling loot: for which there is another...

Unfortunately most of these ring (or amulet) properties don't show up unless the item is *id*ed. Basically think of every non-plain ring as a randart, except that the ring's item type restricts what...

I really wish the selling limits were the same at least in every town per game and type of store, but preferably just the same for all stores in all games (say 20000). The routine of go to sell item...

I picked up a pile of 32767 adamantite coins after killing a whole room of creeping treasures or hydras or something, so I'm pretty sure that is the largest :)
