For me staff of the magi and banishment. These are the best ones (of course magi is for casters only).
Also healing is very useful. Using a staff does not make you gorged and that may be a factor....

That's a good point. Though at 17 lbs overweight it's easy to go for -1 (which is at 15 lbs). I would have dropped that resistance shield and maybe the CLW staff. He also had a flail as swap weapon...

I'd keep the CON rings. Losing 5 CON points would mean too many max HP loss so more monsters could instakill you.

Having immunity means you do not need the base resist as I know.
But iFire does not protect against plasma... that is a different element.
