why not, add a 250 standard turns Aggravate flag...

why not, add a 250 standard turns Aggravate flag to thr player per casting. Banishment could use one as well.

since you are in a ruiny mood, add a wake monster...

since you are in a ruiny mood, add a wake monster function to MBan, e.g. any unique that is within range of a mass banishment will immediately wake up.
