A question regarding vortex-race. When you wield a weapon, and the weapon has chaos brand, isn't my engulf melee attack supposed to have chaos brand? Same with slays too? Or do I have to evolve...

So when your personality is set to Chaotic, you get random stat increases/decreases on CL gain no matter your patron?
