Looks like Hengband is still maintained to this day. Its latest version is 2.2.1. Source code is available here, although in Japanese. Is there anyone available that can translate all this or at least translate its latest Windows version? There is so much to decipher.

Run it through Google Translate and become even more confused. ;D

Finding the Hengband updates is what guided me to Poschengband, as I can muddle my way through German text, but Japanese, not at all.
