Yes, a cast spells or use devices against Morgoth.
I can understand one wants to melee him though i don't think that's the optimal choice.
What i can't get is why no 0% spells? For me one of the biggest things about mage was always the 0% TO and 0% escapes (TS, TL, create doors, and also banish).
