[3.4-dev] Rarity problems
In my current games, I've found a lot of deep books at very shallow depths (400-500ft). And Orfax even dropped a Ring of Speed <+6> at 500ft (this has *never* happened to me before lol).
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hmm. I haven't run any stats on 3.4-dev yet, but it seems it might be sensible to do it before release rather than after. I've certainly seen enough reports of early drops to wonder if something has gone amiss since 3.3.

Forget about the speed ring... it must have been a lucky drop. However, my last character just hit 1500ft and already found 3 copies of both Keleks and Wrath of God. This is probably due to the rarity of the books been changed from A:10 to A:30.
