NPP 0.5.4 Beta-2 uploaded

NPPAngband 0.5.4 - Beta 2 has been uploaded. The main new feature on top of the changes in Beta-1 is a complete 32x32 tileset for NPPAngband, based on the DVG 32x32 tileset, with additional tiles and modifications by Jeff Greene and Rob Fiala (aka Buzzkill on .oook). I also hopefully smoothed out the new mouse support and fixed all of the reported bugs. The files can be downloaded at:

With the exception of a couple minor changes to the 32x32 tileset, as well as some additional mapping for the 8x8 and 16x16 tilesets, this is intended to be the final NPP 0.5.4.

I will post some screenshots soon. While Buzzkill and I are aware that our new tiles are nowhere close to the amazing artwork in Shockbolt's tileset, we think it looks pretty good.

Congrats on making release---here's hoping the last little tidying up bits for final NPP 0.5.4 go well in the near future and then the exciting work on the entirely next version gets well underway.

Thanks. I look forward to finishing NPP 0.5.4 and starting on NPP 060

I uploaded new versions, and there are a couple new commits at github. The biggest bug was the game would crash if you cast teleport or phase door while in the town. The links above point to the new files.
