boots of speed .. AT THE ARMORER?!?!

so, i just found some boots of speed (+2), being sold by the armorer in town. Not the black market, the shop that sells armor. They were 2400 gold.

these should go well with thalkettoth for a nifty +5 spd before CL30.

Yeah, they show up, tho rarely. Most I've seen there is +5

That's a ridiculously low cost. +8 boots are worth way more than 2x +4 boots.

apparently the system values +stealth a lot, as some boots of elvenkind +4/+7 i just sold are valued at 45k gp.
