Interestingly, a common response to seeing the Unicorn charging at you is to exclaim "Holy Moly". This is generally follow by a cloud of "Holy Smokes"!

Bug: If you're a Mimic with a pet (for example, one given by a chaos god) and change forms, you lose it, even if it's not one given by your mimicry.

Looking at the source, It doesn't look trivial to fix.

Edit: Maybe a hidden flag for Mimic-form-created pets. Would also allow for keeping track of pets-of-pets, and things that were summoned but charmed or what have you.

Actually I wonder if a Capture Ball would work as a workaround for the Mimic chaos pet thing.

Just curious if it's possible (if Fame scores go high enough to allow it).

I have a post-winner dwarf weapon master of axes that would love to try reforging Grond into an axe. It's not going to happen with this character. His fame got nerfed by failing two of the random dungeon quests, shying away from one of the town quests, and being defeated in the arena. His current fame only allows reforging of artifacts with scores up to 116,383. Grond has a score of 427,257. No way to fix that now.

So, does an undefeated winning character's fame get high enough to reforge Grond? And if so, was the result interesting?

I like Immolated, it works for both holy and unholy fire

If you do everything you should end up with around 500k fame.
No, Grond doesn't reforge into anything interesting it caps at 90k.
You can fix your fame by going to Heaven and fighting the boss there for a while.

It's like that currently. I think if you're the opposite alignment you get *BURNED* instead of burned.

One With Magic is more or less the best option since things will keep dispelling until it works so not only do you get to keep your buffs but you sometimes get free turns. If you aren't in wraithform at endgame more or less any double move can kill you, even in wraithform you might get killed by double psycho-spear or starburst and unyielding could help you there - I'd prefer it to Evasion since breaths cap out lower than spell damage.
Fell Sorcery is very good on normal casters but Sorcerer really wants 2 defensive demigod talents if you're playing a demigod on them.
Realm lights don't work for Sorcerers and other classes without a primary realm which is just the usual sort of idiosyncrasy *bands have.

I kind of like "immolated" as a descriptor of holy fire, too. But I also like "smitten"; it has the right FrogComposband frivolity.
