SVN / 3.1.0 first thoughts: Why no RNether? (Fork off of the Narya thread)

Why has RNether become essentially impossible to find without prodigious scumming for three very deep artifacts? Shouldn't there be at least an ego-type, e.g. "of Life Force" which provides RNether and Hold Life?

I've never managed to get a char past stat gain (I don't play with enough patience or caution, really), but my sense is that trying to win the game without Nether is more than occasionally a dicey proposition.

Hmm noone is complaining that resMana is impossible to find, so let's just remove rNether from those other arts as well and just put a big warning sign in front of Azriel that sais "deadly Angel, only to be attacked by the strongest warriors". Oh wait apparently that's already the case
