How to dump character for angband ladder

Does anyone know how to do a character dump for the angband ladder, thought I would give it a try and dump mine. Looked for info about it, but couldn't see anything telling me how. Since Im on the subject does anybody know how to post screenshots, might do that later as well.

For a character dump, 'C' to go to the character screen and then 'f' to dump to a file. Then go to the ladder section on oook.

For a screenshot, I think the current vanilla command is '[', or maybe '('. Not all variants do html screenshots (and note that you need an html screenshot - it's also possible to get a different type which can't be posted).
