[3.30] options toggle

The 't' to toggle options does not work for me (Interface and Display Options - Win XP, Version 2002, SP3).

Hmmm, I thought we had fixed it so that 't' and Enter both toggled options. Obviously not, but I can't remember why. Opened as #1501.
