I was musing on off-topic posts, and came to the following realization. Two different variants have unique midlevel monsters that are extremely strong for their depth, with unusually powerful breaths and annoying, painful melee attacks: Satan and Barney.

What about the GHB? Or is that not unique?

Not sure if joking, but the GHB is harmless. Satan will roast you if you come too close. Barney will roast you either way.
