Nope. I failed to bring that change over from 1.1.6 to 1.2 when I moved to the latest V codebase - an incredibly painful process from which the variant is only just recovering. There are probably still others, but MattB is finding them for me

You get other well-balanced stuff, too - spears, throwing hammers, etc.

I just posted two screenshots from when stepping on a lava pit. The bug is that if you are asked if you want to step on the lava pit (scaldingly hot) and say "n", you still get the move to the pit, but no damage.

Awesome - that's a great exploit. You can walk across lava as long as you say you don't want to...

I've noticed the lack of uniques in this version of FA. Of course ZI'm playing in hardmode and scum for good levels mode. BUt I wish I could find more uniques...

I'm kind of noticing that in the Angband dungeon map too, and I have no idea why.

I've spent about an hour in it already and I'm nowhere near halfway through.
