Weapon Info (Shift+I) not changed after Enchant To-Dam applied
So, I have a rapier of flame that I've been using, and I enchanted it a couple times with some scrolls of Enchant To-Dam (both times were successful). I then inspected the item with Shift+I, but nothing about its damage seemed to change. Is it supposed to work like this? Is it a bug?

It was definitely To-Dam and not To-Hit? Assuming it was To-Dam, and it was in fact successful, the damage increase should be immediately apparently on the Inspect screen as far as I'm aware.

It definitely was To-Dam. It was successful both times.
