Well, here is the wild 'n' wacky spiral vault which put paid to my very promising competition character. As you can see, I cleared the whole thing - but I hadn't finished the quest. The last four haunted helmets were all in a single room down in the SW corner of the level. I killed two, but when I went back to do the last two something paralysed me (I think some of the lower wraiths can paralyse in S) - I'd forgotten to swap back in my FA ring after testing out all sorts of new unIDd rings dropped in the vault.
