As well as Hengband, Entroband, and Chengband. I'm not sure about Zangband, but there's a good chance it might to, and if it does, then Zangband+

I'm pretty sure Zangband doesn't have dual-wielding.

IMO dual wielding fails in *hengbands because you can't dual-wield rocket launchers.
Sil also has dual-wielding, although there are some restrictions on it. (It's still very strong.)

It should also be noted that some poscheng forms can wield 6 weapons at once <3

Sangband has dual wielding, with some penalties, I thought about trying a dual wielding rogue type.
