Can every Artefact be obtained through Christmas Presents

Last year I kept getting the same artefacst from Christmas Presents and I'm just wondering if it is only certain artefacts that can spawn or can every artefact spawn and it is only because those ones are more common that they keep occurring?

With the last christmas Sil-Q gift savefile I noticed that a few days ago I got the same artifacts as at the start. So i guess they are not random and we went through them all.

For Compo 212 specifically, the savefile was designed to give the same artefact for a given day of December (2017). But, the artefact changed day-to-day.
