No, Mikko Lehtinen was the developer, and it looks like he shared a beta with Sage and nikheizen. Mikko was incredibly active while he was around, so I suspect he's just moved on and thrown himself into other projects.

The 1.4.0 beta was passed around a bit, I have a copy (it includes some random Sage ttyrecs) https://ufile.io/xga68gqo

I may have modified the source code slightly to get it to compile but it was a few years ago so I don't remember, I didn't really play it much.
