So my only remaining priest is now a warrior which is as good as any excuse to make int/wis 2 mage stats. So 2 hobbit races 1 each? And elves both?

Hmm how many levels of OOD monster is normal to account for? Same with items.

Working through the monster list/level gen (I'll do these together) & I'm trying to work out how to get orcs and the Balrog both in Moria. The last V orc is Azog at dlvl 23, the balrog is dlvl 50 (which I'd rather not move) & I need to squeeze enough powering up between the 2. Without making Moria stretch the whole of dlvl 16-50. An orc unique is probably enough as they come with orc bands

Azog was level 23 in poschengband, my orcs are now rather tougher and go up to 35 with incremental speed boosts, more ac, more hp and stun attacks.

I think it works okay in keeping orcs relevant for more of the game but my orc-summoning warlords probably have a lot to do with that.

I think +0 stats human has its place?

Unfortunately it's not V or a PCB-like....

Some counts. Around 87 V monsters in the 1st 5 levels. Around 61 Sil-q in the first 15 levels. Sils lvl 1 list is hilarious. There are 2. So if you tried for that theme it would be a V-sized level of just brown Cs.

I'm going to try and hit in-between but with more colour. May as well if I've got the early level sizes to do it.

Ok. I'd rather not pump orcs too much but healers/archers/mages might be all it takes.

By that logic, hobbits should clearly be your fourth race. Small and unassuming, not notably wise/smart/strong, but possessed of great willpower in the face of difficulty.

So amusing little maths mistake above. To get 4^4 out of that,

each needs 4 main paths/variances
and the same again

Let's give Sauron the chop, the 1st book gets to where Lugdash?

Edit:I need stat gain to vanish & clvl to end at balrog level
Edit 2: think that's too hard. Maybe just murder-ize Shelob
Edit 3: that's maybe 40 clvls at a guess
Edit 4: silent watchers move to post game, it's just after right?
