It's been a while since I played Sang, but I think that's the one where you just have to wait.

Wait??? I've done probably over 100k turns like this! I have not found a life potion - would that work?

I don't know. I just remember that there is something that you can get from a mushroom that I never found an active way to get rid of. All I would do is keep playing and eventually it would go away. I don't know if this is it or not.

Well, I mean its not all bad. The manic is +10 spd, though the opposite is -10.

Yeah, that sounds like it. I really think it'll go away on its own eventually. A potion of life might do it, I don't think I ever tried that.

I'm not deep enough yet to realistically find a pot of life (65), so have to deal with it till then.

Im trying to get some high resists before I go any lower - this dagger I just got covers 3 of the ones I lacked but still badly need nether. He dodges nether bolts sometimes but not enough.
