roguelike keyset targeting mode: "k" key (up) only works in uppercase "K"

pretty much what the title says, wondering why that is. for example, pressing "*" or "x" to select a target, all other direction keys work, but "k" only works while holding shift or toggling caps lock. makes it annoying to play with rl keyset
tested in gnu/linux

This is a known bug in 4.2.3, fixed in the development builds (a couple of days after 4.2.3 release) available on the releases page.
