The closest I've seen to there being one was in 3.5.0 reproducible crash, but I have only a very vague understanding of the response in the tenth post. Thus I was hoping someone could explain in non-technical terms how, if possible, to stop the game from crashing when running into such monsters. Would editing the file which the monster's name is located (I would assume this would be either /edit/monster.txt or /edit/monster_base.txt) and replacing the accented letter with an unaccented letter work? Or, even if it does, is there a better solution?
Thanks in advance. |

Just increase the size of your "monster list" term window. Or use the default size (80x24). The game crashes only if you reduced the size.
