Ranger Dungeon Book Level?
At what level does the Ranger book start showing up? I'm at DL 43 and haven't seen one yet. I'm at level 29, have three studies available, and I'm chomping at the bit to get those tasty new spells.

It's native to level 40 and below, so you should start seeing them soon.
