Looking for a Host for Info about tome 2.x

I asked Neil Steven to make the old TOME available (which a lot of work) and he requested that I ask for someone who is willing to host said info.

Oy... I would, but I can't at the moment. (And I shouldn't, because what you'd get would be a pretty rubbishy excuse for a website.)

Sounds like the OP wants to make the ToME 2.x wiki(?) available on the web? That's my guess.
