I was thinking it might be a good "curse" that randomly activates. Could also be an activation or a potion.There's a standart weapon Trident of Wrath IIRC that would be a good first test case (of the activation, not the curse).

Bloodlust as a potion or curse should do horrible things to priestly realm spells in particular. High fixed fail rate, no slay evil, no bless, etc.
