How can I read my randart spoilers post game?

I just killed Morgorth with my HE Ranger (I'd like to thank God and my family...etc).

I was feeling curious and after suiciding of ripe old age (which is odd in itself for an immortal elf) I created an artifact spoiler file. It says it's an .spo extension. How do I read this?

It's just a text file, open it in any text editor.
