Feature request: Display device fail % in [I]nspect info

As with seeing the damage done against various monster types when [I]nspecting a weapon, I would like very much to see the failure % chance when [I]nspecting a staff or rod, etc, specific to the character. The fail rates of spells in books are shown, but not in devices.

Yes, this has long been in the works. It'll be implemented as soon as the new success/failure algorithm is implemented. Please see the "Failure rates for magic devices" thread for more details.
