Randart immunities

Had a look at the randart spoiler file for my last game and apart from The One Ring the distribution of immunities on items was like this:

Acid: 6 items
Cold: 1 item
Fire: 1 item
Elec: No items

Any chance of making them a little more even?

I don't think there is any code currently that compares randarts to other randarts, is there? Which is part of why they're such a crapshoot; you may end up having all of your good randarts be weapons, so you have to rely on ego armor...or you might just happen to get a clean distribution with one each of everything you need and plenty of stat boosts and killing power.

Yeah that's half the point I guess. Although there is still always the same number of different types of artifacts such as light sources so it isn't entirely random.

That's more a quirk of how the special artifacts (lights, amulets, rings) are treated. It's a lot harder to randomize the number of those than it is to randomize body-armor, shields, weapons etc.
