Old news bug

If you go to Old news (from the homepage), then go to an older page (e.g. news items 21-40) the links at the bottom still have news items 1-20 unlinked and bold, even though you're no longer on that page.

Fixed.

And we still need some angry reporters! The news section is a joke last year or two.
