Nice forum you got here.
I've been lurking for a few days and wanted to say that there's some really useful information on here. Thanks! I already found out how to get the block style walls back in Windows on 3.1.1.
Just started playing 3.1.1 in the last week or so too. I started out with Rogue in the mid 1980's or so on DOS. Played Moria (for sure) and then Angband (I think), on my Mac Plus in the early 1990's. If I didn't have Angband then, it was right after college anyway. Been playing ever since. A place like this might just be able to push me into finally at least poking into the code. I saw the Windows dev sticky, and look forward to reading that again in a few days and maybe slapping a vm together to try it out. Thanks! |
