What are the new parameters for quality squelching (ignoring) in 4.0?
I just had a blade of frost automatically ignored with a quality setting of ignoring all "excellent but not splendid" edged weapons. Formerly, any obvious on wielding effect made a weapon "splendid". It made for some strange results, like a =of Light being "splendid" but a Shield of Preservation being just "excellent". The new system seems better (especially once we get the id by use kinks worked out), but it would be helpful to have some clarification about what the new parameters for quality squelching, sorry, I mean ignoring, are.
