Tag behaviour

Has anyone else noticed tags behaving oddly lately? I can't get multiple sets of quote (or other) tags working:

[QUOTE] Here's one set [\QUOTE]

and

[CODE] here's a second [\CODE]

- as far as I can see, neither worked.

Hmm -- I thought that this was going to be a thread complaining that src="images/misc/tag.png" gives a 404 error. That is the image that is missing for every tagged thread on the "Threads in Forum" page.
