About keeping track of which shops are where, the knowledge menu ~ does this for you in-game.

I think I'm the only victim thus far - don't play on angband.live until I fix it (I don't think anyone was going to anyway)

What was wrong with it? Was it missing the character level + race + class stat?

If anyone's curious, I'm starting to get a serious character together. And as such, and as I don't have anybody leading the way this time, I'm getting a bit nervous. If anybody with Zangband experience wants to chime in on my character and next steps, baddies to look out for, etc... I'd appreciate it!

I might be completely wrong, but I think you'd have to clear out the bottom of each dungeon.
