Times I have found the Bladeturner: 0
Times I have found the Mediator: 1
Of all the games I've played with both randarts and standarts,
times I've found any PDSM: 1

My personal Holy Grail:

Dropped by a Sorcerer at 2650 feet (level 53)

+20 speed.

Thanks! I was pretty much ready for the Big 2, but finding this enabled some last minute swaps to improve damage and speed combo.

I have never found PDSM, and I've been all the way down, though not all that often. (And I still haven't ever won, but someday... after all, I've only been playing this game for 28 years, right?)

Not quite as impressive as the PDSM but obtained in an early quest makes it quite an astonishing find nevertheless. Good AC, base elements resist + resist poison, dark, nether, chaos, disenchant and fear.
