Changing the key-bindings?
Is there an easy way to change the key-bindings? Playing on a laptop at the moment & moving gets frustrating. The hjkl set doesn't seem much easier either.

You can set up keymaps that make keys behave as if they are other keys. That, and the roguelike keyset, are your only options unless you want to modify code.

The Sil keyset and hjkl keyset are defined in lib/pref/pref.prf. It is reasonably self-explanatory, and you can probably just change those to whatever you like.
