Comp 199 is up. It's a Sil 1.3.0 Christmas competition.

It's a short one, so get a move on!

I don't see where this comp says it is ironman! That just caught me out as I tried to go upstairs!

There really should be something that forces there to be a path between up and downstairs - particularly for ironman. The level I am on has a chasm between the upstairs and where the downstairs must be. I have explored the whole level available to me and therefore could not generate xp for leaping even if I wanted to. I don't like skipping levels in ironman but going to have to jump down the chasm.

The even worse possibility would be falling down a chasm in to a room with all secret doors on a low perception character.

Yeah, ironman + chasms is kinda nasty.

I don't mean nasty as in 'difficult', I mean nasty as in 'i don't think we thought about this much when we added the feature.'
