Bugs in chardump

Now that I have started to post my chars in the ladder I have paid more attention to my chardumps. There was this in last one:

181270   1850'  Reached level 33
181270   1900'  Reached level 33
181270      0'  Reached level 33

How is that possible? Restore level? If so I don't think game should mark restoring the level as gaining new level. Or alternatively it should mark also losing level. Then gaining one multiple times makes more sense.

This is a known bug since 3.5 shipped. Nick is a slacker and should be fired.

I think a 10% reduction in pay is sufficient punishment.
