Speed Rings

I just found a +23 speed ring (in a Bubble Vault at 98) which is certainly the best I've ever found, but does anyone know what the record is?

I think that's it. I vaguely remember seeing a +22 speed ring on rgra; your ring beats it by one.

I found a RoS(+22) back in 2.9.2 - don't think I've heard of higher... until now that is.

(Just thought I'd reuse this thread.)

I think this character is the luckiest I've had yet. He's now found Ringil, The One Ring and Bladeturner. I think the only thing that's missing now is Feanor.

... not that I'm going to bother to try finding Feanor. I think I'll just wear The One Ring and maximize my (+to_dam,+to_hit) and go kill (hopefully!) Morgoth.

EDIT: Scratch that about advice for facing Morgoth. I went ahead and killed him
